Eleni D. Spiliadi is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and a Partner at S.D. MAVROS & Partners Law Firm (www.smavros.gr).
She has studied law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and European law at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (U.L.B.), where she obtained a Licence spéciale en droit européen.
In 2003 she participated to the incorporation of the Law Firm S.D. MAVROS & Partners, which is based in Athens.
With an experience longer than 20 years, she has handled major cases on behalf of multinational companies such as SIEMENS, PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A. etc and has provided legal advice and consulting services to a multitude of clients both Greek and international .

He has been awarded with a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws by the University College of London and specialized in international business relations, mainly between France and Greece. He deals with real estate and corporate acquisitions, commercial and company law, as well as international trade law.
With a 15 years professional background, he already has intervened as counsel in Greece and abroad for many companies : SAGEM, Cristallerie d’ Arques, CAUDALIE, Innerworkings, etc.

Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Appeals
Christos is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Appeals and a legal counsel in companies and public legal entities.
He followed a series of studies in Greece and France out of which he obtained three diplomas in legal science with emphasis on private law and on corporate law and two postgraduate titles, one in Corporations (MSc) and one in Shipping (D.E.S.S.). He founded his initial law firm on his own personal attempts and within a few years he was entrusted with the legal representation and protection of multinational colossuses and individuals.
The fields, on which he is operating, are international trade, real estate administration and development and management of commercial centers, energy law (petrol, natural gas, renewable energy sources, recycling), public works and supplies, corporations and corporate schemes within the Greek and international framework.
He drafted a study in the collective book Greek Law Digest for the Ministry of Development and the Organism Invest in Greece, regarding the Greek legislation on mining and trading of petroleum.
He is consulting companies on issues of advertising law, consumers’ protection and crisis administration. He is also occupied with the legal protection of “white- collar crimes”.
Christos undertakes both the defense of cases before the courts and the settlement of disputes with arbitration. He is or has been legal counsel and representative of companies of international prestige such as the petroleum colossus TOTAL, KLEPIERRE/ SEGECE (BNP-PARIBAS GROUP), LEROY MERLIN (ADEO Services), LA REDOUTE (Group PPR) and others, while in year 2006 he acted as legal counsel on issues of purchase of intellectual property rights in MONTE CARLO INTERNATIONAL FORUM, as a consultant of the National Book Center (Ministry of Culture).
Today he is a legal counsel of the embassy of the King and the Kingdom of Morocco in Greece and the oldest legal counsel in the Municipality of Vyronas.
Apart from the Greek language, he is fluent both in English and French, which he employees also in his work life.
